The Archive may make changes to this policy from time to time and will notify you by posting new terms on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of any changes to the Privacy Policy concerning both previously and prospectively collected information.

Personal Information that the Archive Might Have – The Archive’s web servers and services used by the Archive in making the Collections available online may automatically recognize and collect data about the domain name of those who visit the Site (“Visitors”), the Visitor’s IP address, what pages the Visitor requests, and other information supplied by the Visitor’s browser. Additionally, any communications between you and the Archive may pass through many machines, operating systems, programs, servers, networks, providers, or other devices (collectively, "Devices"). Some of these Devices create logs of activities that are recorded.

In addition, the Archive may collect email addresses of persons who communicate via email or who enter email addresses and other information in registering for access to certain Collections.

The Archive may use "cookies" to track Visitors’ activities on the Site and in the Collections. Cookies are small files that a server transfers to the hard drive of someone who visits a site and that the server can access when the person returns to the site.

What the Archive Might Do with Personal Information - The Archive will not use any personal information to contact you, unless you have elected to receive newsletters or other communications. The Archive will not sell or otherwise make Visitors’ personal information available to any third parties.

The Archive may disclose any information it collects if the Archive believes such action is reasonably necessary to enforce its Terms of Use or other policies, to comply with the law, to comply with legal process, to operate its systems properly, or to protect the rights or property of itself or others.
